The discretionary right of the state of Croatia is whether to insert the names of Andrija Mandić, Aleksa Bečić and Milan Knežević into the SIS (Schengen Information System) as persons who are prohibited from entering Croatia, which would automatically prohibit the three Montenegrin politicians from entering all Schengen member states.
An expert in this field who wished to remain anonymous explains to the Antena M portal that official Zagreb can limit the ban on the entry of the President of the Assembly, the Deputy Prime Minister and the leader of the DNP only to the territory of the state of Croatia, by not processing their names in the SIS.
Antena M's unofficial information is that Croatia will choose a more rigorous variant and that Mandić, Bečić and Knežević will be prohibited from crossing the borders of the Schengen zone? However, we still haven't been able to get official confirmation of that information.
