On the occasion of the video, Podgorica shines when it is clean: It is impossible to keep silent about such distaste and insult

Removed or not, we saw the video and it is impossible to remain silent about such distaste and insult to every thinking citizen. Decades of struggle, learning and raising awareness about the harmfulness of gender (and all other) stereotypes were wiped out in those few seconds, said the members of the Women's Club of the city parliament Jevrosima Pejović, Nađa Ljiljanić, Biljana Ćulafić, Milena Vuković, Ranka Otašević and Anika Bajić.
"To remind: the woman is half-naked, her "attributes" are pouring out of her short and tight dress; a macho man in a navy shirt reads about sports; his focus shifts from the sport to those "attributes", not the person. A bag that needs to be thrown in the dumpster is just an excuse for the man to approach the object of attention, not to help. After all, she didn't even need help, because, obviously, she brought the bag and the suitcase from the house to the container by herself", the members of the Women's Club of the City Parliament point out.
According to them, justifying such content with "artistic freedom" is unconvincing and pathetic.
"This reaction is not politically motivated, because such phenomena go beyond politics. Once again, it has been shown that people who are not up to any job cause damage to the whole society, and it is our duty to speak out, protest, warn, united around universal values. And it is clear, Podgorica is neither clean nor bright, nor will it be as long as we reject those who know for those who nod. And that is politically motivated", concluded the members of the Women's Club of the city parliament.
