The fourth attempt to hold elections in the municipality of Savnik is at least a matter of local politics and the ratio of the number of councilors, said the President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović.
"It is a kind of test for the state that will show whether there is any strength and will within the institutions to guarantee the protection of basic human rights and freedoms. Or are they, after 2 years of systematic dismantling, completely powerless to perform their basic duty - to protect the interests of the state and its citizens", stated Đukanović.
He called on all competent institutions to ensure that citizens who have the right to vote in Šavnik exercise their constitutional right on Sunday.
