The President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović welcomed the President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani Sadria, who is on an official visit to Montenegro, with the highest state honors.
After the welcome ceremony, signing in the guest book, Đukanović and Osmani Sadriu, as stated in the announcement, had a têt-à-têt conversation, which will be followed by a meeting of the delegations of the two countries.
Đukanović welcomed the President of Kosovo on Twitter.
Convinced that the talks will confirm close and high-quality good-neighborly relations, a strong commitment to the European and Euro-Atlantic vision and give impetus to the strengthening of interstate relations - stated in a Twitter post by Đukanović.
Osmani Sadriu is on an official visit to Montenegro at the invitation of Đukanović.
Đukanović, as announced by his cabinet, will welcome Osmani Sadria in Villa Gorica, with the highest state honors.
After entering the guest book, têt-à-têt talks that will continue with the meeting with the delegations, Đukanović and Osmani Sadriu will make statements to the public - the announcement states.
It is added that Đukanović and Osmani Sadriu will participate in the presidential panel "Development of events in the Western Balkans: challenges for peace and stability in the light of the regional and global crisis", organized by the European Movement in Montenegro.
In the continuation of the visit, Đukanović will host a formal dinner in Podgorica in honor of the distinguished guest, which will be attended by the leaders of the Albanian political parties in Montenegro - it was stated in the announcement.
As announced, Osmani Sadria will visit Tuzi and Ulcinj tomorrow.
