The basic court in Cetinje passed a verdict in favor of the Capital, which determines that the court settlement is null and void, on the basis of which the Metropolis of Montenegro and the Littoral has forcibly charged the Capital the amount of 511 euros every month since 2000, announced the mayor of Cetinje, Nikola Đurašković.
- The settlement had no time limit, it was of unlimited duration - he said on the X network.
He reminds that the Capital of Cetinje, in addition to this one, leads other proceedings against the Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral in order to protect the property legal status of Montenegrin holy places.
- At the very least, it is strange that the "patriotic" authorities remained silent for 22 years and paid 511 euros every month and did not initiate a dispute to suspend this settlement harmful to the capital, especially because it was of unlimited duration - said Đurašković.
