Đurović: We have not reached an agreement on any issue

We did not reach an agreement on any issue - said the President of the Montenegrin Assembly, Danijela Djurovic after a meeting with the presidents of parliamentary parties, with the aim of overcoming the political crisis in Montenegro.
It is unfortunate that the parties did not find a way to go to solving the crisis in which Montenegro is located. I am saying that in the coming period we reach a solution - Djurovic said at a press conference in Parliament.
She is ready, she adds that if there is a will, another meeting organizes.
"But if we're all going to be buried in our trenches in the end, then I really don't see what the purpose of these meetings is," Djurovic said.
At the meeting, according to her, the opposition attitudes were the hardest.
Other parties made compromise proposals, but they did not find a compromise - Djurovic said.
The attitude of the Democratic Party of Socialists was that the requests were to withdraw the Law on the President, to choose the judge for the Constitutional Court and go to the extraordinary parliamentary elections.
The order of these requirements is controversial to other participants in the dialogue and we are stuck there - said Djurovic.
The Constitution says that these issues are decided by the three -tape and two -tailed majority, and without breastfeeding there is no most of them, I added the Assembly Speaker.
The meeting in the Assembly of Montenegro was attended by the President of the Democratic Party of Socialist Milo Djukanovic, until the leaders of the Democratic Front and the Civil Movement of the Ura came, but they are the functioners of the parties.
In front of the DF, the epistles of Branka Bošnjak, Maja Vukićević and Simonida Kordić were attended, while Vice President of the Party Ana Novakovic Djurovic came in front of the Civic Movement.
The meeting was also attended by Aleksa Becic (Democratic Black Castle), Vladimir Jokovic (Socialist National Party), Rasko Konjevic (Social Democratic Party), Ervin Ibrahimovic (Bosniak Party), Damir Sehovic (Social Democrats), Miodrag Lekic (Demos) list) and Andrija Popovic (Liberal Party).
Srdjan Pavicevic (Civis), Goran Danilovic (United Montenegro), Maksim Vucinic (Radnicka Party), as well as a representative of Albanian alternative to Maras Dukaj, also came to the meeting.
Djurovic said earlier that, in mind that, in some opinions, due to the lack of a certain number of party leaders, he did not give the expected results, she expects the invitation to respond to the presidents of all political entities.
She announced that the priority topics she would discuss will be the same as at a last meeting.
These are the unregulated situation in the judicial system, that is, the necessary one, the more heer election of the judge of the Constitutional Court, the completion of the process of appointment of members of the Council, the election of the Supreme State Prosecutor and the reform of the election legislation - said Djurovic.
It is clear, he adds that they are a dysfunctional Constitutional Court, the status of a government that has been voted on distrust and an open debate over the constitutionality of certain legal solutions and procedures, questions that must be resolved as soon as possible for the state to continue progress on the inner and international plan.
She said that, as serious politicians and the highest state functioners, they are obliged to approach the job with maximum responsibility and to do their best to contribute to the normalization and stabilization of overall opportunities in the country.
The Assembly of Montenegro, as a forum in which the most important political negotiations take place and reaches the key arrangements from which the life of the citizens depends, should continue to be an institution in which we will look for a way to get out of a serious situation in which we are in the company - concluded Djurovic .
