Šavnik - Voting was suspended at both polling stations

Voting at both polling stations in Šavnik was interrupted around 6:00 p.m. because members of the polling committee did not allow individual voters to vote. In the repeated local elections in this municipality, 541 voters had the right to vote. Polling stations opened at seven, and it was planned to vote until 8:00 p.m.
The President of the Municipal Election Commission, Dušan Radanović, told the MINA agency that they received information from the president of the electoral committee that the voting in Kruševice was interrupted because the ballots were destroyed. Radanović stated that for now it is not known whether the voting will continue.
Voting was interrupted at polling station number 1. Some members of the polling committee did not allow one person, who entered the polling station, to vote. As they pointed out, this is a person who was recently registered in the voter's register and is not from Šavnik. Voting in Kruševice was also interrupted for the same reason.
Plainclothes inspectors have come to the polling station in the Municipality building and are talking to members of the polling committee.
In Šavnik, around 4:00 p.m., there was a verbal conflict between the members of the coalition Za buđencija Šavnik and unknown persons in a van with Podgorica license plates. The police prevented a physical confrontation, and the discussion took place due to the suspicion of the members of that coalition that the people in the van wanted to exercise their right to vote.
Elections in Šavnik have been unsuccessfully held since October 23.
