Živković: The silence of PES on Dragović's outburst is an indication that their policy is not based on values but on personal interests

AUTHOR: M.J.
The party whose president says that social-national divisions must be suppressed, that Montenegro will be like Switzerland, has a deputy who counts Montenegrin blood cells and divides Montenegrins into autochthonous and others, said the candidate for president of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Danijel Živković.
He said that the worst thing is that such a procedure, which he calls - a national-chauvinistic outburst - passed without a reaction from the Europe Now Movement (PES).
In PES, they obviously think that by remaining silent, they will contribute to the aforementioned outburst being forgotten, and that silence actually only confirms that they are not a policy based on values, but on the realization of personal financial and nepotistic interests - stated Živković.
As announced by that party, Živković said at the rally held in Ulcinj that only through action - without vanity, with mutual respect - can one achieve victory and work for the welfare of the citizens.
In order to win and convince the citizens of the seriousness of our intentions and program solutions, we cannot only criticize the current government, but clean up our house, strengthen ourselves and launch a full offensive. We need to return to the basics that brought success to DPS: teamwork, mutual respect and appreciation. We must return to what the DPS had in Ulcinj and at the level of the whole of Montenegro - the team - he said.
Commenting on the political competition in that city, he said that they have committed many wrongdoings, and that they will be held accountable for that before the competent authorities. and destroy. The question is how they changed plans, mapped beaches and restaurants for their godfathers and friends, abusing their positions. Such behavior is inadmissible and the time will soon come when they will have to answer for their actions - stated Živković.
Speaking about the development plans, Živković presented five key points on which he will focus his activities.
The focus of DPS activities will be on: systemic reform of education, and on providing equal chances and rights to health care for all citizens - he added.
As he stated, citizens also need a careful social policy, so DPS, claims Živković, will work on creating activities that will ensure a greater degree of social justice.
Our economic policy must be a policy of development. We at the Democratic Party of Socialists are committed to creating a strong economic platform that will encourage growth, innovation and fair distribution of resources. Our goal is to build an economy that serves everyone, not just the chosen ones - he said at the meeting in Ulcinj.
He added that law and justice are the foundations on which we build our society: - Every citizen of Montenegro must have confidence in the legal system and institutions -.
Živković said that on the basis of these pillars, DPS will return to power.
We are ready to take responsibility and lead Ulcinj and Montenegro towards a better future, which means that we will fix things in our house as well, as is the case with the Municipal Board in Ulcinj - concluded Živković.
