A case was established due to the suspicion that the official card of the Ironworks was misused

The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić opened a case due to the suspicion that the official payment card of the Nikšić Railway Company of the Electric Company of Montenegro was misused - stated the state prosecutor and spokeswoman in this prosecution, Vjera Mićunović.
She pointed out that all legally prescribed measures and actions necessary for making a decision are being taken.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of EPCG-Željezara Nikšić, Marko Perunović, submitted his irrevocable resignation from that position yesterday, due to, as he stated, "reckless use of the company's payment card" - for gambling in the casino, a day after it was disclosed that he allegedly made 19 transactions with it from 1,000 euros each according to the chain of bookmakers Volkano.
In his resignation, the text of which was delivered to the pro-government media yesterday morning, Perunović states that "recklessness on the night between 5/27 and 5/28, Saturday to Sunday, led to a change in the use of a private and business card. The sum that was withdrawn from the business card was paid from my private account the very next day, which clearly shows that no attempt of abuse and personal gain was made".
However, in order for the minders, by whom affairs of millions pass by every day and whose purpose of existence is to slander successful people, to be completely calm, I stand behind my mistake (regardless of the fact that absolutely no benefit was obtained) and I give my irrevocable resignation from the position of president of the Board of Directors EPCG Željezara - states Perunović in his resignation sent to the Board of Directors of EPCG - Željezara, members of the EPCG Board of Directors and EPCG Board President Milutin Đukanović.
