A group of RTCG employees sent a letter to Bjeković and Radović: Raonic started the persecution of professionals

A group of employees of the Radio and Television of Montenegro sent a letter to the ombudsman Siniša Bjekovć and Milan Radović from the Civic Alliance, who, as they stated, "burn every day defending human rights and freedoms in Montenegro", and "encouraged by their, once again, conference on human rights".
We transmit their letter in its entirety:
"We just thought that our addresses to the public might be met with a wall of silence, except for the rare on-duty institutions and individuals who always react on principle to the threat of human rights, when we saw the report from your kick off conference, as part of the project "Without impunity for violation and violation of human rights in Montenegro", which is actively organized by the Civic Alliance.
Everyone who respects the achievements of German social democracy, it irresistibly reminds of the self-healing slogan "NUL TOLERANZ FÜR FASCISM", which often covered the buildings and walls of German cities.
"Any type of violation of human rights and freedoms, which hits the wall of silence, discourages anyone who wants to find protection" - you emphasize.
"We will try to increase the transparency and efficiency of the judiciary and the police, increase the capacity of institutions with the aim of protecting against torture and preventing impunity" - you claim.
It's not exactly like in the case of the 1930s in Germany and the 1990s in the Balkans that we were being taken away, but the RTCG caught on to calls from the archives, and it happened quite often.
We do not know if the "kick off conference" was of a theoretical nature and if you follow the media that follow your activities, but your long-time program director Boris Raonić started the persecution of professionals in RTCG, together with Drljević Dr. Veselin, and with the help of agile members of the Civic Alliance or those close to her, who raise their hands without any verification and approve layoffs in RTCG, as well as job changes, without any plans and procedures.
We must draw your attention to the fact that this violates the RTCG Collective Agreement, and this type of behavior is also sanctioned by the members of the KZCG.
At the same time, by helping us, we are also helping you, pointing out, in the long term, the impossible and unsustainable situation of dealing with human rights by cooperating with Boris Raonic and Drljevic dr Veselin or, at least, sporadically abolishing them, preserving human rights in the theoretical and sessional space.
This should upset you even more, because your tribune has become a media manager boasting about the successes of the Civic Alliance.
If this kind of management comes from the area of human rights, people should simply regret that RTCG was not taken by some ruthless transition tycoon or at least a good professional from the telecommunications sector.
But we were struck by your leader who, as we found out, disseminated human rights in Montenegro from the position of a high school student, and became the first man of the RTCG in a procedure that caused several court processes, which do not really go well for him .
Appreciating the almost familial respect that the members of the Civic Alliance have for their priest, we hope that you will at least appeal to the competent authorities to deal with this sad event quickly and thoroughly, without expecting a final condemnation from you.
We also think that the talented dispenser of justice from football fields, Drljević Dr. Veselin, will also agree with this constructive approach.
So, in the spirit of sports terminology and kick-off, we expect a fair match and respect for professionals.
We are free to say that we will review the legitimacy of every participant in this game, especially the academic background, which can also decide the match by elimination.
About entering the field of disgruntled audience or lifelong elimination from sports competitions, on another occasion.
Well, have a happy kick off! A group of employees of Radio and Television of Montenegro".
