A man from Podgorica who is suspected of participating in the "tunnel" operation was arrested

Podgorica police arrested P.M. (31) from that city, who is suspected of having participated in the "tunnel" operation.
He is charged with the criminal offenses of criminal association, aggravated theft and preventing evidence by aiding and abetting - the police announced.
With a criminal complaint, he will be brought before the competent prosecutor for further proceedings within the legal term.
We remind you that in this case, the police filed criminal charges against four people - Veljko Marković (1991), Milan Marković (1970), Dejan Jovanović (1993) and Vladimir Erić (1991) due to the suspicion that they had dug a tunnel.
The Minister of Internal Affairs, Filip Adžić, announced at yesterday's press conference that charges were filed against two N.N. persons, adding that there are at least five other persons who participated in this criminal act.
Adžić said that the suspected Serbian citizens have a criminal past and are in the police records of other countries.
After the crime was committed, the persons left Montenegro on the day the crime was discovered, at legal border crossings - he said, not wanting to reveal the information to which of the neighboring countries the suspects went.
He stated that these persons had helpers from Montenegro.
Not all of them participated in digging the tunnel, but some were logistics and provided some other kind of support - he said.
The minister showed photos of the suspects, and among the evidence was a fake identity card with the name of Andrijane Marić, on which was a photo of a woman whom he said was a citizen of Montenegro and had not left our country.
He pointed out that the publication of a photo of N.N., a female person, on a television show accelerated the investigation.
According to the latest data, there is a certain connection between this criminal organization and one person from the High Court, as well as the connection between this criminal organization and persons who are currently staying in UIKS and are connected to one of the most organized and most powerful criminal organizations in our country - said Adžić.
He did not want to reveal which criminal group was involved.
It is about one of the strongest criminal groups in Montenegro. You judge which one it is - Adžić told reporters.
