After the appeal of the SDP, a re-voting will take place in the capital on July 8

Voting at the polling station Lovcen Partisan Detachment II will be repeated on July 8, the election commission of Prijestonica decided.
The Constitutional Court accepted the appeal of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) against the decision of the State Election Commission and ordered the Cetinje Election Commission to repeat the parliamentary elections at the aforementioned polling station.
The SDP filed a complaint because, as they said, the number of control slips did not match the number of voters who were identified in the extract from the voter list as having voted.
We remind you that after accepting only one request for a repeat election, the SDP said that the message was clear that the Constitutional Court, even with the changed composition, will make decisions that are not guided by the law, but by political motives.
From that party, they said that the fact that they did not respect the clear legal obligation to repeat the elections at polling stations where there is a discrepancy in the number of voting coupons, signatures and ballots cannot be interpreted differently.
The Constitutional Court rejected three SDP appeals as unfounded.
