Another in a series of examples of absurdity in Montenegro is the assessment of the president of the parliament that the assembly should work at full capacity, even though the president of the country issued a decree on its dissolution a few days ago.
It's really funny how much individuals from the definitively departing government try to create a semblance of regularity in the functioning of the system in order to convince themselves that they are still in decision-making positions.
Apparently, they think that laws and the Constitution are only recommendations, not binding acts.
A government that has lost confidence and an assembly that has been dissolved but that strives to work at full capacity are two examples that enter the archive of political meaninglessness.
