Baranin: The Press, Borba and IN4S portals intend to justify primitivism and street violence

SOURCE: POBJEDA / M.J.
Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG) journalist Nataša Baranin sent a protest response to the media regarding the texts published on the Press, Borba and In4S portals and their incorrect interpretation of last night's incident in which an unknown person sent her a series of threats and insults. She underlined that the articles on the Press, Borba and In4S portals about that incident are factually incorrect, tendentious and, as she assessed, clearly written with the intention of justifying primitivism and street violence.
And to present the event in a way that builds an image of me as an "extremist" journalist, as well as send a threatening message to everyone who does not share the same religious beliefs - added Baranin.
She specified that in the text of the Press portal, which was also reported by the In4S and Borba portals, it is stated that she tried to drive between the worshipers with her car and continued to move through the crowd.
It is true that there was no crowd at the scene of the incident, but rather a few (five-six at the most) people, only one of whom caused the incident, while the others stood by. Based on the untrue "journalistic" article, one can get the impression that I drove my car into a larger group of believers around the SPC Church itself. It is true that the incident took place in a quiet alley on July 18, in the immediate vicinity of my apartment, some 500m from the Cathedral, while I was looking for a parking space - said Baranin.
As she underlined, this can also be seen in the photo she took at the scene during the incident.
After all, the streets in the immediate vicinity of the Temple were blocked for traffic - said Baranin.
