Bečić, Markovic and Novović's request was rejected

The Security and Defense Committee refused to control the Deputy Prime Minister of Aleks Bečić, the Supreme State Prosecutor Milorad Markovic and the Government of the Vladimir Novovic, on the occasion of the political pressure on the work of judicial bodies.

The initiative for the control hearing was submitted to the Deputies of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) and the Social Democrat Daniel Živković, Nikola Janović and Nikola Zirojević.

Živković said that they requested the hearing of Bečić, Markovic and Novovic about cases such as the arrest of Director of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption (ASK) Jelene Perović.

He said that in that case Bečić, as a representative of the executive, announced the arrest before it happened.

- That this is the fact that the fact that the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) spokesman (SDT) was reacted by Vukas Radonjić, who said that there was no arrest at that time, "Zivkovic added.

He said that they opened that issue to determine whether the suspicion was justified by the opposition in the selection of the work of the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office (VDT) and SDT.

- and whether he has the foundations in the facts about possible instructions that the SDT gets from the political and representatives of the executive - said Zivkovic.

He said that they proposed the control hearing to determine if the SDT was selected in the public that the impression was imposed in the public that it should be done according to the instructions of politicians and representatives of certain media.

Zivkovic also said that there was no problem with the fact that he was discussed every move that happened in the past 30 years.

He said that their initiative was not masking the procedures that occurred during their rule and that, as an opposition, have the right to request a control hearing if they think it is necessary.

The Prophet of the Democratic People's Party Vladislav Bojović said that in the case, how the DPS claims, the priority agenda and the influence of the ruling majority in the prosecution, "the first to be the first to be arrested Milo Djukanovic."

He said that he would not support the proposal on the hearing of Bečić, Markovic and Novovic.

MP New Serbian Democracy (NSD) Jovan Vucurović said that the NSD would be against the hearing.

- This is an attempt to replace the thesis, that through the Perović case, it is trying to defend one of the levers of the former regime. It tries to stop further investigation in some other cases. Some people are in panic and through such cases try to stop their confrontation with justice - said Vučurović.

He said Montenegro must go through the process of disassembly of the last system, which, as he stated, was not democratic, and under whose contour was the police, Ask, the judiciary and the Prosecution.

The Prophet of Democratic Montenegro Boris Bogdanović said that the request on the hearing Bečić, Markovic and Novović attempted to stop justice.

He said the Bečić's cabinet reacts only when everything is certain.

- And here it became certain before the Special Police Department stepped into the KAS building, because they are all known to all well-known procedures and about the issuance of the arrest and trial order - said Bogdanović.

He said that the question arises as to how suddenly these standard procedures have become the main topic of discussion and added that it was because "these procedures came to the door of real curves."

- And exactly because of those culprits, people who stopped on the path of individuals and cooperation between the SDT with the security services, "Bogdanović said.

Zirojevic said that there was nothing wrong with the hearing of representatives of the judicial system and the executive.

"I don't see what is sick of giving us answers, because if so as you talk, they will return as winners in their offices," Zirojevic said.

He said he had signed the initiative "because it is superfluous about the spectacular arrest of the KAS director".

"I think a lot of things in that arrest from the procedural side was disputed," Zirojevic added.

According to him, those arrests, according to his words, serve media propaganda and the making theater, more than real satisfaction of justice.

- Because none of these spectacular arrests in the previous four or five years have completed the conviction - added Zirojević.

The MP of Europe's Movement US Miloš Pižurica said that DPS was normal for a man who was headed by SDT, when he found a frame full of ammunition, not reporting to the police.

He said that he would not support the initiative to hear from Bečić, Markovic and Novović.

- Because we think that this committee does not have jurisdiction in question. I see this initiative as pressure on the Prosecution to "Reduce Gas" in investigations leading, as well as in examining cases in which (Milivoje) Katnic did not find a remote suspicion of being criminal offenses, "Pižurica said.

He mentioned cases "first million", "can", camp on Zlatica and Telekom.

Pižurica said that these are all cases in which he obviously had elements of criminal offenses "but Katnić did not find the possibility of a criminal offense."

He said that everything he heard in recent years, he states him to the conclusion that SDT and VDT have full hands of work.

- As for us as a parliamentary majority, SDT and VDT have political support to do their job under the law and the Constitution, and we have seen that they do so now - said Pižurica.

The epistle of the Socialist People's Party Sladjana Kaluđerović said there was no niche disputed in the initiative, but that it was disputed, as it stated, the representatives of the last regime that flows the thesis of the judiciary.

"Let's remember that he went through the regime and politizes and privatized the judiciary, the police, the army and the trafficks - said Kaluđerović.

She added that the former president of the Supreme Court of Vesna Medenica, when she talked about the candidate for Judge, said that "she was" she said, "she is a good judge."

Kaludjerovic reminded that the former police leaders, court presidents, were accused of being members of the criminal group.

- There are no individual cases in each country, but this is a literal system, there is no chance that this happens without a political responsibility, "Kaluđević said.
