The amount and intensity of violence in Montenegro require reactions, not words, said Ombudsman Siniša Bjeković.
"How many times should we have warned in order to prevent the bar scenario", said Bjeković regarding the attack on two minor athletes from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He asked how many times something needs to happen so that they realize it is serious.
"How serious is it if there is a barricade waiting for the victims to scare them and discourage them. This amount and intensity of violence calls for actions, not words. 12:50 is Montenegro," concluded Bjeković.
