Boris Mugosa: Inauguration should be in Cetinje

The past two and a half years are marked by a revanchium - political and ideological, said the MP of Social Democrats Boris Mugoš in the show "Pressing" city TV. He says, that the so-called The liberation majority of the 30th August first changed the Law on State Officers and Statekeepers, which is one of the key in the process of accession to the European Union.

Contradictory statements of Spajić and Milatović are worrying

They also further worry, notes, and contradictory statements of the President and Vice President of the Movement of Europe USA Milojka Spajić and Jakov Milatović when it comes to the Berlin Process and the Open Balkans.

All this includes some form of interference with the polling station. Our priority must be our membership in the EU and that is something that we all need to agree on - says Mugoš.

He adds that voters should take care of whom the parties for whom they vote to be in a post-election coalition.

I assume that Europe's U.S., or Uro movements, have not known that 35 percent of the functions in the capital after the election belong to the Democratic Front - the Mugos.

The formal act of inauguration belongs to Cetinje

Mugosh believes that the inauguration of the newly elected president should be in Cetinje.

This ceremonial act belongs to the capital of Montenegro for its historical and cultural significance. On the other hand, the residence itself is in Cetinje, where the president receives accreditive letters from the newly appointed ambassadors - the Mugosa.

The interlocutor of the City TV points out that it is not a supporter for politicians to assess the security situation, but neither negative attitude towards Cetinje and Cetinians and a certain kind of marginalization of the city.

Presumption of innocence Basic principle

Speaking about remanufacture of immunity, Mugosa says he believes that the deputies are innocent, as well as that it may happen to the indictment.

Most in parliament that has no legitimacy I am not sure that it can make such significant decisions and numerous laws. However, the immediate parliamentary elections will quickly and need to wait for the new composition of the Assembly with a full legitimacy to bring serious decisions - says Mugoš.

He points out that the assumption of innocence is the basic principle that serious politicians should be kept in all cases.

First of all, we have no insight into evidence. What I am notiming the colleagues that is the appropriation of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, in a selective way - says Mugoša, evaluating that we live a political theater of the absurd in which everyone considers that he is allowed to say everything he thinks.

All this is done as part of the pre-election campaign and attempting to assume political points - states Mugos.

Youth behavior Key challenge

When it comes to violence against young athletes from Sarajevo, Mugos emphasizes that youth behavior is a key challenge that needs much more as society to deal with.

This is the last alarm for the entire system that must take concrete and comprehensive actions. There is also a system of education and social care, health and mental condition in Montenegro, but also on the security system, police, prosecutor's office and the judiciary - he notes.

He adds that the family is a key element.

We can't allow the street to raise us the youth. We have certain deviant behaviors in the family itself that is relativized, as well as dysfunctional families. It is a problem for the entire society - evaluates Mugoš.

He believes that the role of politicians who through their discourse is full of insulting and non-culture affect behavior models.

I asked what happens to the prevention of violence in schools formed, but does not work, why they have stopped working on peer violence lines ... What happens to the assistants who were supposed to be employed in certain schools and that Water accounts, then whether to ask school police ... we must deal with these things much more, and not daily-political crashes that do not leave the topics whose consequences can be much more serious for the stability of society - concludes Mugoš.
