Bratić caused enormous damage, the prosecution should act as soon as possible

SDP MP Draginja Vuksanović Stanković points out that the former Minister of Education caused great damage to the state's budget and education system by illegally dismissing school directors, which is why the state prosecutor's office should act as soon as possible and prosecute Vesna Bratić for, as she said, obvious abuse of official position.
As stated in the announcement, these days, Montenegro is paying for the lawlessness of the former Minister of Education Bratić, who for political and national reasons fired as many as 223 out of 243 heads of educational institutions. More than 50 of them have already received a court verdict according to which they were illegally dismissed, while the same is expected for the others who filed lawsuits.
She assessed that the damage to the country's budget will be enormous, but the greatest damage was done to the education system and hundreds of hard-working educators, many of whom have spent their entire working lives in this, for every country, key area.
"If you want to destroy a country, start with the education system - it's an old rule that the former minister fulfilled as much as she could. Because of these, but also numerous other obvious damages caused to the budget and interests of the state of Montenegro, I call on the competent state prosecutor's office to react as soon as possible , 'found the address' of Vesna Bratić and carried out the procedure due to the obvious abuse of her official position by her and her closest associates," says Vuksanović Stanković.
As he adds, all this was done according to the measure of the parliamentary majority composed of DF, Democrats, URA and the Government of Zdravko Krivokapić.
"In these and similar cases, it is clearly shown whether there is a real will to act in accordance with the law and send a clear message that such enormous damage to the state must be held accountable," the SDP MP believes.
