CDT: 49.8 percent of voters voted by 3 p.m., CeMi: Turnout is 50.2 percent

CeMi reports that 54.6 percent of citizens voted in Podgorica by 3 p.m., 59.2 percent in Nikšić, 44.4 percent in Bar, and 54.0 percent of registered voters in Bijelo Polje.
CDT: By 3 p.m., 49.8 percent of voters had voted
According to information from the Center for Democratic Transition (CDT), 49.8 percent of voters or 270 thousand and 300 voters voted in the second round of presidential elections by 3 pm.
In the 2016 parliamentary elections, the turnout by 3 p.m. was 48.2 percent, in the 2018 presidential election, 41.9 percent, and in the 2020 parliamentary election, 45.4 percent.
According to CeMi data, voting by letter in the second round was approved for 2.1 percent of registered voters.
Electoral committees approved about 12,000 applications for voting by letter, or 2.2 percent of registered voters.
As the Center for Democratic Transition (CDT) said, in 2018, 1.69 percent of voters voted by letter, and in 2020, 2.51 percent.
In the first round of the presidential elections this year, 1.81 percent of voters or 9,839 voters voted by letter.
