CGO: After the article in Pobjeda, AZLP sent us a decision on the appeal against RTCG

After today's article in Pobjeda, the Center for Civic Education (CGO) received a decision from the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data (AZLP) ordering the Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG) to respond to the first request for free access to information sent on April 10, 2023. , which concerns the earnings of RTCG management.
It is the legal obligation of the RTCG, as the CGO points out, to now respond within 15 days at the latest.
We call on AZLP to deliver solutions to complaints more promptly, and not when they are publicly called out in the media - said the CGO.
In today's text, Pobjeda pointed out that the salaries of a certain part of the employees, i.e. directors, assistants and advisers in the Public Service, are attracting a lot of public attention, especially after the report of the Director General Boris Raonic in the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption was published, which shows that his salary during the last year was 3,482.25 euros, and that he also had a 30-euro monthly allowance.
Pobjeda also announced yesterday the annex to the contract that was signed on October 24 and registered on the 27th of the same month, published on social networks, and whose authenticity was confirmed by the management - according to which Vladana Vučinić, acting advisor director Marija Tomašević, due to the increased volume of work, will receive a supplement to the basic salary of 1,350 euros for the next two years, which with her basic salary is about 2,300 euros per month.
The day before yesterday, after questions sent to the management, we were subsequently told unofficially by that company that Vučinić signed, as they claim, a new, corrected contract on Friday and that her total income will be - 1,300 euros
Allowances in the amount of two average salaries in RTCG every month are received, regardless of the achieved results, v. d. Director of Television Marija Tomašević and Director of Radio Milan Knežević, which was also questioned by the State Audit Institution in its report from July. The average salary in RTCG is 800 euros.
