CGO: What can be done about RTCG in two ordinary weeks

Boris Raonic and RTCG with a new visual identity for the 2nd channel, which is associated with the letter Z, the symbol of the aggressor army of Russia in Ukraine, caused another controversy, which is why the Embassy of Ukraine in Montenegro sent a letter of protest to the management of RTCG, indicated from Center for civic education.
Employees of RTCG wrote to MPs on the eve of the session of the Administrative Committee at which the names of candidates for RTCG Council members were determined, reminding them that Naod Zorić, a candidate and former member of RTCG Council, twice participated in the illegal election of Raonic as general director of RTCG. However, it seems that the recommendation for the representatives of the ruling majority is illegal, so Zorić was recommended for voting at the plenum, according to the CGO.
They remind that the Administrative Court accepted the claim of the Media Center, annulling, after two years and four months, the decision of the former Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism, during the Government of Zdravko Krivokapić, because then the Labor Inspectorate, which was under the supervision of the MERT, refused to carry out the assessment the legality of the RTCG director appointment procedure.
The Administrative Court has now ordered the competent Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare to make a new decision, and it remains to be seen whether the Labor Inspectorate will finally implement its legal powers in RTCG, according to this NGO.
As they said, only the director of the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education (AKOKVO), Goran Danilović, who, they add, is known for his intolerant attitude towards FCJK, was invited to the program "Stand on the reaccreditation of FCJK" according to RTCG "professional standards".
The RTCG Council refused to follow the recommendations of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK), thus the RTCG Council continues to mock the public, the judicial system and institutions in order to protect private interests. Note: the final judgments of the courts, as well as the opinion of the ASK, confirmed that Raonic is illegally in the position of general director of RTCG. Whom and with what did Raonic charge him to remain in the same position after everything?, asked the CGO.
