Damjanović: Ignoring the largest scientific infrastructure for cancer treatment still continues

Governments come and go, and the biggest infrastructure project SEEIIST continues to be ignored - the vice-president of the Democratic Party of Socialists, Sanja Damjanović, said on Twitter.
The former Minister of Science points out that the largest scientific infrastructure for cancer treatment was our chance.

The project that is directly related to my professional profession, which I initiated in 2017 within the framework of "science for peace" has not moved from its place after four years! It hurts my heart that today, instead of a state-of-the-art cancer center, we continue to treat our children with text messages and donations - said Damjanović.
SEEIIST, he adds, should have been "an example of the joint work of every government and not a training ground for the personal vanities of local quasi-scientists, unknown in the international framework".
