Deferred indictment control against Sasa Čađenović

The indictment control against the former Special Prosecutor Saša Čađenović was postponed today in the Podgorica Senior Court for July 12, the Portal of Victory of the Public Relations Court, Marija Raković.

We reminded, Čajenović was arrested on 9 December last year due to the suspicion that he abused the official position and made concessions to members of the criminal organization on whose head is Kotoranin Radoje Zvicer.

According to the Indictment of the Special Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutor, Čađenović, concealed the perpetrators against the criminal proceedings against them, by Radoja Zvice, Milan Vujotić, Radoja Vujotić, Radoja Zivkovic , Aleksandar Paunovic and Aleksandra Ljumović.

As he stated, Čađenović did so by orders and instructions of the criminal organization, which were passed through other members, which is a special prosecutor, with other members of the police officer, "accepted to implement the criminal plan."

Prosecutor Čađenović, as he writes in the indictment, became a member of the Kavački Klan in the second half of 2020.

He claimed SDT, Zvicera, Vujotić, Zivkovic and Dragan Knežević, presented in the writings of prosecutorial cases as unknown persons, although he knew their identity.

According to the indictment, the accused, from the case, which were conducted against members of the criminal cotton clan, removed reports and concealed data obtained from Europol, which was personally received on the USB memory. Thus obtained material selected the CD, only certain communications, which then, with the files of the cases in which he received the data, submitted to the Court.

During the hearing, the Accused Čajenović denied the links with the Zviron and members of his criminal organization by his colleagues that all those whom he was allegedly enduring the indictments on the basis of evidence he collected in accordance with the law and powers.

He pointed out that the prosecutor's job performed for 20 years in accordance with the law and the testimony of the Witness Milan Kankaraš, which accuses Duško Roganović without cover, could not accept the criminal proceed.

Čađenović stated that he did not know the Radoja Zvici ni Duško Roganović, but he knows that the names of these people are on the indictment for the abduction and murder of Mila Radulović he raised. He then said that he didn't know anything about the Petar Lazović officer with the Kosovo Status officer in certain cases, pointing out that Lazovic did not get that information from him.
