Deputies of DPS and SDs are looking for more acts on the proceedings of Novović

Deputy President and Members of the Committee for the Political System, Judiciary and Administration of the Assembly of Montenegro Nikola Zirojević, Ivan Rakočević, sought today from the Prosecutorial Council to provide them with the notice of the Agency to prevent the Prosecutor's allegive confiscation of the subject Special prosecutors, the decision of the General Special Prosecutor, was announced from the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).

As stated in the statement, the Prosecutorial Council also requested the decisions of the Chief Special Prosecutor on the exclusion of special prosecutors from the work of the Special State Prosecutor's Office in the period from March 18, 2022 to 17 April 2024.

- Committee members requested the mentioned acts after the public statement of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption of Jelena Perović, that the Chief Special Prosecutor Vladimir Novović, "from elected special prosecutors took the cases that were at that moment The political-social ruling majority, and awarded them to the prosecutors he asked for himself to inform the Special Prosecutor's Office ", as well as that he informed the prosecutor's advice on all this - writes in the DPS statement.

Intention is, as they say, to determine the facts regarding the director of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption Jelena Perović, that the victim of judicial institutions is only because the Agency had certain procedures on the work of the Special State Prosecution, ie because it determined that the main special prosecutor was illegal in certain cases.
