DF conducts some, they want to portray Montenegro as dysfunctional

From constructive conversation, there was nothing because colleagues from the Democratic Front (DF) undermined the conversation, and other colleagues blindly followed them, said Social Democratic Party (SDP) deputy Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković after the meeting of the President of the Assembly Danijela Đurović with the leaders of the parliamentary parties, on to whom the resolution of the political and institutional crisis in Montenegro was discussed.
Taking into account that "we have the DF who conducts certain things here", she said that the question arises as to who is in favor of the agreement and who is not.
When the majority agrees, there is no fake dialogue. We will not agree to DF imposing solutions on us - said Vuksanović-Stanković.
She said that the prime minister's statements in Dritan Abazović's technical mandate are untrue.
In June, his political party abstained in relation to all candidates for judges of the Constitutional Court - the SDP MP recalled, pointing out that the government was overthrown in August.
The task was expected from Vučić because Abazović is acting on the basis of an order from Belgrade - she pointed out.
She recalled the request to withdraw the amendments to the Law on the President.
Some things don't need interpretation. It is clear that this law is unconstitutional, the European community has said so - stated Vuksanović-Stanković.
She said that they are looking for an agreement on the judges of the Constitutional Court, which, as she said, implies a dialogue which means "that we be the fio of the negotiation process and not that they impose candidates on us".
Vuksanović-Stanković pointed out that they are also looking for extraordinary parliamentary elections.
One of the key responsibilities lies with the Speaker of the Parliament, Danijela Đurović, who was supposed to be the point of unification - not detonation, and that the climate puts unconstitutional solutions on the agenda - said the SDP MP.
She said that the talk about the dialogue is fake and that their goal is not to elect judges of the Constitutional Court - "but to bring Montenegro to its knees and to show it as dysfunctional".
Social Democrats (SD) MP Boris Mugoša said that November 22 is the earliest date for the session where the Constitutional Court judges would be voted on.
Colleagues ignore the fact that at the first session the President of the Assembly must put the law on the President on the agenda. It has to, it's her obligation, and she can decide on the election of judges even after November 22 - that's the earliest date - said Mugoša.
He spoke about the claim that the Constitutional Court is the only one that can determine whether something is constitutional or not, and asked what the function of a representative is.
One of the duties of deputies is to take care of whether something is in accordance with the Constitution and the law. And we know that it is not and that it is one of the most flagrant violations of the Constitution, that is not my personal position. Have you seen a lawyer who didn't say that? - said Mugoša.
The member of the SD pointed out that there is complete unanimity of the legal profession and the international public that the Law on the President is unconstitutional.
This is not about one name and surname, but about the collapse of the constitutional order - said Mugoša.
Mugoša, "because of the moral lessons about the election of judges of the Constitutional Court", reminded of the Labor Law "whose adoption reduced the age limit for pension due to dealing with one man".
If the norm had remained, we would not have had a problem because Judge Iličković would still be in the Constitutional Court - he said.
Mugoša pointed out that in the last year there were three public calls for the election of judges of the Constitutional Court, and that those who are now "telling them something" did not vote.
One of these candidates we have today had one vote, and the other four - added Mugoša.
He called on his colleagues to put changes to the President's Act on the agenda, and said that all European parties are being tested.
We heard clear messages from our partners. With their vote, the European parties should stand in the way of the collapse of the order. If it is done, and I deeply believe it will be, because the European path is an opportunity - we will talk about the judges of the Constitutional Court in a completely different way - said Mugoša.
He repeated that a session must first be scheduled to include the President's Law, and said that he expects the European parties not to vote for it.
This is followed by an agreement on the judges and the date of the extraordinary parliamentary elections. We have to go to the elections and return the mandate to the citizens, and whatever they decide, I will congratulate them - said Mugoša.
He also pointed out that there should be an agreement on the model of the government that will prepare the elections.
I guess they should not be prepared by this one, which has the support of 10 deputies - Mugoša pointed out.
