Djukanovic: A duel with Mandic will help the public choose the way

Milo Djukanovic, president of Montenegro and DPS presidential candidate, said in an interview with television, and that all vision of the anti-thecandid was reduced to: "to win it".

As he pointed out, obviously it became a political climate on the political scene of Montenegro.

I commented on the campaign of my leading anti -infidelines and said that it was very interesting that they did not have any vision they were trying to share with citizens for a five -year development. All the vision comes down to that - to beat him. My opponent is a policy trying to turn the current downtime in the development of Montenegro on European standards into a permanent state. It is a policy that is trying to audit what is the achievements of the long -term and consistent vision that Montenegro has been governing since 1990, from the preserved peace to the membership of NATO and the extension of the road to membership in the European Union - said Djukanovic.

He explained, why he accepted the television duel with DF candidate Andrija Mandic.

Unfortunately, I wish it was not so, but unfortunately Montenegro is again in a single test exam. Thus, at the intersection, or they will continue to go through the construction of a seriously regulated European state, which ranged from 2006 to 2020 or will continue to stumble with these strangers we are moving over the last and a half years. It seems to me that there are no two representative representatives of these political offers at the moment than Mr. Mandic and me. So, everyone believes, I do not call into question, that his policy is correct, but I think it is a moment to cross our arguments to those topics before the Montenegrin public and help the Montenegrin public to choose his way and his gaze with more security The future of Montenegro - said Djukanovic.

As he said, a big threat to modern Montenegro is populism, which tries to create illusion in cheap slogans in people that they will live better already.

And all this with insistence on how it will come by itself without any reform, any reach of the standards, any improved creativity of each individual of our society. I was never an advocate of such a policy, otherwise I tried to finally understand politics and in the Balkans in a responsible public activity that must take care of the expectations of people who gave us confidence in the election - Đukanović is clear.

The president said that his main opponent is in the election of politics trying to turn Montenegro's development in European standards into a permanent state.

Said it was not an anti-Serbin

When asked by a journalistic question, he replied that of course he would cheer for Serbia in competitors where he did not play against Montenegro.

Of course I would cheer because I would cheer for those closest to us. So, by various startings I replied that I was always facing the region because I see the most of our closest friends here who have the same problems as we, who have the same desires, the same goals as we and, to supplement that answer, to tell you once again ... how much whatever I tried to make an anti-Serbian I am not an anti-Serbin, nor am I against anyone in closer or further addresses. I am only a Montenegrin responsible for the state of Montenegro and as a citizen and now as president, I follow what national interests are this state, I follow the vision I believe in. I swear to build the best relationships with everyone in our environment, why doesn't it always go hand in hand when it comes to Belgrade? Because in Belgrade, therefore, the policy of great state nationalism is recycled. Formerly, to say, we could identify it in some social structures of the state of Serbia, the Academy, here or there ... Now it has a very clear state-political address, it has become the leading ideology of Serbia's state policy. Because of this, we have a hard time understanding, because as we know from 1844 to the present to the present, the Great Nationalism considers Montenegro to its natural plire. Since we have such politics on stage, you can hardly expect me to make me consist of it. So, I am by no means an anti-Serbin as it is not even Montenegro of Anti-Serbian, but I am at the helm of that Montenegro, which is angry with great state nationalism who wants to cancel Montenegro and nationally-said the president.
