The obligation and duty of the most responsible in the political life of Montenegro is that with their thoughtful decisions, measured words and actions, they give a sincere contribution to the institutional strength and constitutional overcome of the crisis in our country, based on the principles of the rule of law, sustainable economic development and social justice, keeping our identity, deeply integrated on the civilizational map of the contemporary democratic world. May these holy days be a pest for a decisive and responsible action in the direction of reaching these goals - Djukanovic concluded.
