South Korean citizen Do Kvon left the prison in Spoža today, after which he was conducted in the premises of the Special Police Department (SPO).
As previously announced, he will be released today but with the confiscation of travel documents.
The High Court ordered that the road documents did not return Do Kvona to prevent its possible departure from the country.
The Supreme Court of Montenegro has determined the disposal of execution in the case of South Korean citizens, ie its extradition to South Korea.
Do Kvon spent four months in in prison for falsification of personal documents.
He had previously been in extradition custody for eight months, after he was arrested at the international warrants of South Korea and the United States due to the crypto fraud worth $ 40 billion.
