DPS: Announcements of obstructions and intimidation during election day

The Democratic Party of Socialists issued a statement and warned the authorities about "certain announcements of obstruction and intimidation of voters during tomorrow's election day".
As we have already seen today on the part of certain party functionaries, the intimidation and distribution of untrue information has already begun through formal channels of communication - so we hope that the authorities monitor the informal ones as well. In particular, we warn of the obstructions that are planned in the municipalities with the largest number of voters from the diaspora - namely Petnjica, Rožaje, Plav, Gusinje, Bijelo Polje and Ulcinj, as well as in certain Podgorica settlements, such as Konik - the DPS warned.
From this party, they called on all institutions that are in charge of the election process in any way to take these messages as seriously as possible, as well as to do absolutely everything so that every voter is allowed to use their constitutional right to vote.
With all the information, we will inform the relevant international institutions in Montenegro - and first of all the OSCE - which have also been warned about possible pressures, intimidation and obstruction during the election day - the DPS statement concludes.
