DPS: Investigate all circumstances related to the attack on two young men in Budva

The Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro called on the competent prosecutor's office and the Ministry of the Interior of Montenegro to investigate all the circumstances related to last night's case, which upset the Budva and Montenegrin public, when, as stated by some media, persons of interest to the security attacked and beat two young men, Božo Brnović ( 21) and Stefan Peković (20) who were in the company of their mothers, it was announced from that party.
The state and its competent authorities are obliged to show the citizens of Budva and Montenegro whether they are capable of providing them with protection or whether crime has become the main distributor of justice in our capital of tourism - it is stated in the announcement to the DPS.
They expect, as they said, an urgent investigation.
And if the criminological investigation confirms that persons of security interest attacked the young men because they were singing Montenegrin songs and raising two fingers, we will demand that the perpetrators be punished most severely. Also, we are sure that all conscientious political parties, regardless of their ideological orientation, will condemn vandalism and violence, and call on the authorities to consistently apply the rule of law - they conclude in the announcement.
