We draw your attention that certain criminal charges were submitted for almost two years ago - they stated from the DPS.
The DPS reminded of which applications.
1. Criminal charges against Zdravko Krivokapić, former Prime Minister, which includes other persons, ie the then Minister, Olivera Ijac, Đolojko Spajić), due to an abuse of official position due to the formation of the illegal headquarters for BELVER . The application was delivered and received by SDT on 20.09.2021. years.
2. Criminal charges against Marko Vučinić, the administrative inspector of the Ministry of Public Administration, due to illegal decision on the election of the President of the Municipal Assembly of Ulcinj. The application was delivered and received by SDT 17.06.2022. years.
3. Criminal charges against Arben Jakupija, V.D. Assistant Management Board with Diaspora, who was issued through the show on TV news, influenced the voters from the diaspora that they did not exercise their electoral (voting) law. 4. Criminal charges against Filip Adžić, the Minister of the Interior, due to the abuse of official position, as it is not timely, according to the law, performed a voting voter notification as the organ of the authorities. The application was delivered and received by SDT 24.03.2023. years.
5. Criminal charges against Vesna Bratić, Minister of Education, due to illegal dismissal of 244 educational director and the damage that the budget of Montenegro was applied to the budget of the Montenegro due to court costs. The application was delivered and received by SDT 10.10.2022. years.
6. This way we draw the attention that the Democratic Party of Socialists also filed dozens of criminal charges to the basic state prosecutor's offices against NN.
