Draft Law: List of 30 November to December 15

The census in Montenegro will be implemented from November 30 to December 15. This is scheduled for the proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on the List, which is currently submitted to the Assembly Procedure.

"The census will be carried out in the period from November 30, 2023. In the event that the list cannot be implemented in the period referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article due to the environmental insurance III of other justified circumstances, the Director of the Management Board for the Director Statistics, the Government may make a decision to extend the period of the Censuses for up to 15 days, "the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Law on the Census is stated.

It is highlighted that the software is established to verify the data collected during the implementation of the census, which relate to the questions about national, ethnicity; faith; mother tongue; the language by which the person is commonly speaking.

"In order to establish software referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, the Government of Montenegro forms the Commission for monitoring the establishment of the data collected during the process of the population census,"

As it stands out, the Commission's jobs are preparing the specifications for announcing a public call for the development of a software solution for data verification.
