DRAMATIC: Milivoje Katnić started a thirst strike!

SOURCE - POBJEDA
According to Pobjeda's information, at the request of the SDT, two psychiatric experts were hired last week to assess whether Katnić is able to follow the investigation and participate in the hearing of witnesses, which he requested from the first day.

After two experts stated that Milivoje Katnić, although he has been on strike for a long time, has "undisturbed perception and is capable of reasoning", the special state prosecutor Miloš Šoškić requested that a third expert be hired as well. This was the reason, say Pobjeda's sources from UIKS, that Milivoje Katnić decided to take the last and desperate step: from today at 1 p.m., he started a hunger strike, which further endangers his life.

The health of Milivoje Katnić, who suffered a pulmonary embolism forty days ago, was further damaged by the hunger strike he decided on on April 14, when he was ordered to be detained for up to 30 days.

After 23 days of starvation, his state of health deteriorated significantly, and seven days ago he briefly stayed in the Clinical Center because he stopped taking medical treatment, outraged by the non-response of the top of the SDT to his written complaints that he was not allowed to hear witnesses.

Only after that, the Special State Prosecutor Vladimir Novović approved the hearing of the three witnesses proposed by Katnić, but in the meantime, apparently, the Special State Prosecutor's Office was looking for other ways to deny Katnić the opportunity to follow the investigation.
