DUKAJ: Introduced forced administration in the municipalities of Savnik and Andrijevica

Minister of the Public Administration Maraš Dukaj announced that a forced administration was introduced in the municipalities of Savnik and Andrijevica.

The government has made a decision to establish a forced administration, ie the Commissioner's Board. It is not the obligation of the Government to take over the job of municipalities. The mentioned municipalities did not act in accordance with the law. The current situation is unsustainable, said Dukaj.

As he said, they drew attention to these two municipalities, but also for the municipality of Budva.

Budva failed to realize the obligations and shortened her mandate. Andrijevica did not even tried to implement the government's decision, while Savnik did not realize all obligations in accordance with the law. They just extended a strategic plan, not adopted a new one, stated.

As he says, the MEC did not take the decision on the decisions of DIK, ie the decision to repeat the elections.

The government has made a decision on the Commissioner Board today. We will do our best to, when the elections are announced, that process ends properly.
