Elections in Budva on November 17

AUTHOR: M.J.
The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, announced new elections in Budva for November 17.
Milatović announced on the Iks network, explaining that he is calling the elections in accordance with the provision of the article of the Law on Local Self-Government.
"Taking into account the fact that the elections for councilors in the Budva Municipal Assembly were held on May 26, that the final election results were published on June 17 in the "Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", and that the Municipal Assembly was not constituted within 60 days since the publication of the final results, the conditions have been met for me to announce new elections for councilors in the Assembly of the Municipality of Budva," Milatović wrote on this network.
Let us remind you that Budva is going to new local elections, after last night the Democrats withdrew the initiative to elect Đorđe Zenović as Speaker of the Parliament.
Local elections in Budva were held at the end of May, when nine parties fought for power.
