Elections on June 11, there is no possibility of disposal

The Epistle of the Civic Movement of Ra, Božena Jelušić told Radio Montenegro that it was certain that the parliamentary elections would be held on June 11 and that there was no possibility of being postponed.

"I think completely certain that the elections be on June 11 and that there is no practical, in my opinion, no possibility of their disposal, nor that is the aspect of the party I see, I see. These are the collected signatures and lists are formed. So it seems to me that we all expect and that we will have elections on June 11 as it is provided, "Jelusic said.

The President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, announced extraordinary parliamentary elections for June 11th day after, referring to the Constitution, he made a decree on the dissolution of the Member's Convention.

Djukanovic has made a decision after the current parliamentary majority, failed to form a new nor to reconstruct the existing Vladadritan Abazovic, to which no confidence was voted in August.

Part of the majority in the Assembly, primarily the URA and SNP, they mentioned the possibility of annulling Djukanovic's decree and to be delayed elections.

The Constitutional Court of the Sorrow should be considered by the initiative to initiate proceedings for the assessment of the constitutionality of the amended Law on the President.

For now, the State Election Commission (DIK) electoral list has submitted the National Movement of "Justice for All".

We remind you, after vote, the Government of Dritan Abazovic, the winners of the election of August 2020, proposed Miodrag Lekić for Mandatar, which Djukanovic rejected because the signatures of support were not submitted in the legal deadline.

Then the parliamentary majority changed the Law on the President, which, the constitutional jurisdiction of the mandatar proposing, took over the president of the state and transferred to the Assembly.

For the mandate, the votingAdrag Lekići was 90 days to compose the government. But in that period, he failed to ensure the support of the majority for his government proposal that proposed it.

On the day that this deadline expired, March 16, Djukanovic dissembled the Assembly.
