The Media Center submitted a new (second) Urgence of the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare with Admir Adrovic in connection with the initiative for inspection supervision due to the employment director, in order to bring the verification process that lasts from September 3, 2021.
According to the case files submitted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, it is clear that there was no actions in determining the facts since June 2022 - they consider the Media Center.
According to the Media Center, Marija Tomašević was identified to the function of the TVCG director because at the time of appointment was related to the public official, which the Law on RTCG is explicitly prohibited in paragraph 4 of Article 51.
At the time of her appointment, Dražen Medojević, Mrs. Tomašević brother, was a member of the State Election Commission, ie the public official.
The initiative for performing inspection and the assessment of the legality of the Procedure of the Election of the TVCG was submitted to the address of the Management Board for Inspection Affairs (UIP) - Department of Labor Inspection September 2021. The Media Center submitted Urgence to the previous and current director of UPI.
Urgencije, due to silencing administration, also submitted the second instance authority, in January 2022, then the only response, in accordance with the Law on Admir Admir Adrović so far - said From the Media Center.
According to the articles of the case, which the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, in this administrative procedure has so far been treating Vlatko Popović, on August 27, 2021, appointed this position by the Director General Boris Raonić. Popović found that Dražen Medojević resigned the public function of the State Election Commission member on 2 September 2021 (five days after the appointment of Mrs. Tomašević).
Even after the 20 months of the Inspectoral Board and the acting inspector did not determine Ms. Marija Tomašević and Mr. Drazen Medojevic. In order to determine the related, in all the activities, the acting inspector addressed the Assembly of Montenegro, the State Election Commission and the Ministry of the Interior. The acting inspector could not find information on Mr. Drazen Medojevic, and he failed to communicate with a former member of the State Election Commission - the Media Center was announced.
They claim that Inspector Popovic could easily find the director of the TVCG Marija Tomašević and he receives an answer from her whether her birth brother was a public official at the time of her appointment.
