Formed subject due to tunnels under the higher court

The basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica formed an object in the event of a breakthrough of the tunnel from the residential building in Njegove Street to the Senior Court Depot in Podgorica. It is a portal of RTCG confirmed from ODT Podgorica. "We performed the investigation and ordered further actions," said the manager of this Prosecution Dusko Milanovic.

Recall, the President of the High Court Boris Savić announced at the press conference that a tunnel was discovered under the court building.

He said things were being inserted, but that nothing was missing. He also said that the lack of some objects would not make irreparable damage because the evidence is reported.

The Minister of the Interior Filip Adžić said he had yet to determine how the illegal activity was reached.

"The tunnel leads to the depot from one apartment located near the court," the Minister said and added that it was a privately owned apartment.

The apartment was rented for two months before the public learned about the excavation of the tunnel.
