The request of the Albanian Forum is transmitted in full:
"We address you with this request, respecting Montenegro as a democratic, multiethnic state and candidate for EU membership, to stop sponsoring the IN4S portal. The reason for this requirement are countless chauvinistic and war-tuning messages and publications that this portal promotes, trying to encourage divisions among people by targeting all those belonging to another nation or faith. Yesterday's case, when one autochthon people in Montenegro insulted in the most meaningful possible way, is only one of the many cases of media abuse and social arena used by this portal. No one has the right to insult anyone, no one has the right to point with his finger in anyone because of his nation, tongue, race or any other affiliation.
We will not allow the language that the 1990s encourage hatred and war again uses and promotes through the media, in this case over the IN4S portal. Only by stopping such actions, Montenegro can be harmonized with the EU system, and the very values of the large European family are based on multiethnicities, equality of all people, hate speech, etc. A few years ago, in a very similar case, it was also legally proven that the term "Šiptar" represents insult and offensive speech for Albanians, and this verdict was confirmed by the High Court.
For this reason, since the Montenegrin Electricity System and Elektroprivreda Montenegro appear on the Sponsorship Corner, once again please exclude the sponsorship on the IN4S portal, giving a clear signal that hate speech, chauvinism and hatred of minority nations is not a place in Montenegro .
