The main committee of the Liberal Party supported the decision on the coalition performance of that party together with traditional partners DPS, SD and DUA.
Vatroslav Belan from Tivat, Ammar Borančić from Bar and Jelena Marković from Nikšić were voted for liberal candidates on the joint list. Belan, Borančić and Marković are members of the LP presidency as well as councilors in the assemblies of the municipalities of Tivat, Bar and Nikšić.
As the LP said, the Main Committee made the decision based on the quality cooperation with the opposition parties, but also realizing the difficult historical moment for Montenegro in which the unity of the civil opposition is the only bulwark that defends the stability of the Montenegrin state, societies and institutions.
