The ambassador pointed out the current difficult situation in Ukraine and point out that even though Ukrainians want peace must respond to aggression.

After the official opening, a panel discussion was followed in which Dragan Krapović, the Minister of Defense of Montenegro participated; Judy Rising Reinke, US Ambassador in Montenegro; Oleh Herasymenko, Ambassador of Ukraine in Montenegro; Momcilo Radulović, president of the European Movement of Montenegro.
