The President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, said that he absolutely agrees with the Head of the Delegation of the European Union (EU) in Podgorica, Oana Kristina Popa, about the necessity of an urgent call for the selection of judges of the Constitutional Court through a process that must be conducted in an inclusive manner, pending the responsible action of the Assembly.
"Montenegro appreciates the attention of European partners and their understanding of the depth of the problems causing the current crisis," Đukanović wrote on Twitter.
As he points out, all pro-European political actors must be aware of the seriousness of the consequences of implementing an unconstitutional law.
