The basic State Prosecution (ODT) in Podgorica formed the case regarding the recent decision of the RTCG Council to appoint Boris Raons for the Director General.
This was confirmed by Tvs, Ivana Popivoda Gligorović adviser for free access to the information of that Prosecution.
Recall, the Council has made the same decision on the appointment of the RTCG General Manager and if the previously higher court in Podgorica declared his appointment illegal.
