Montenegrin state prosecutor and spokesman Vukas Radonjić said in the program "Bez previla" on TV E that the special prosecutor requested through Interpol a check of the Croatian tourist agency ABM tours, from which the Public Company Morsko dobro bought the ferry "Prizna", the Croatian portal reported Primorac hr.
The Special Prosecutor submitted a written request to the Special Police Department to collect information from the responsible persons in JP Morsko Dobro about the purchase of "Prize", and through Interpol he will obtain documentation from ABM Tours, which refers to the excavation of the ferry from Jadrolinija and its further sale to Morsko Dobro. as well as the documentation from Jadrolinija related to the withdrawal from operational use of the ferry and its sale to ABM tours and to prepare a written statement about everything - said Radonjić and added that the collection of information and evidence is ongoing.
Primorac states that there is a well-founded suspicion that the purchase of the "Prize" was negotiated even before the tender for the purchase was announced, and the fact that the ship sailed from the port of Lamljani near Zadar towards Montenegro on February 28, while the tender published 15 hours later. "Prizna" sailed into Zelenika Harbor on March 3, and Morski Dobr's decision on choosing the most favorable offer was made a day later.
It is also stated that JP Morsko dobro changed the tender documentation in the part of technical specifications the day before the opening of the bid, because the ship did not correspond to the width of the wharf on the line Lepetane - Kamenari.
"Prizna" during the first two auctions, when Jadrolinija offered it for 90 thousand euros, did not find a buyer and was already seen for cutting in Turkey, when ABM tours bought it at the third auction, when the company from Rijeka established the starting price of 152 thousand euros. The guests of TV E pointed out that ABM has been in a business deficit for two years and that this small agency with one employee would hardly be able to get a 350,000 euro loan, as much as ABM tours got last year, and then bought "Prizna" from Jadrolinija. They believe that it is some kind of "friendly loan".
