Jakšić-Stojanović: Inspection findings on Danilović's work coming soon

TAKEN - POBJEDA
The report on the work of the director of the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education (AKOKO), Goran Danilović, will soon be ready, announced the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation Anđela Jakšić Stojanović.
The deputy of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Aleksandra Vuković Kuč asked the minister about the re-accreditation of the Faculty of Montenegrin Language and Literature, pointing out that she doubts the objectivity and professionalism of AKOKVO director Goran Danilović.
"What have you done to ensure that this higher education institution receives non-discriminatory treatment and that this process is completed in a timely manner?", she asked.
Jakšić-Stojanović stated that the ministry turned to AKOKVO.
We received a reply from them that the Reaccreditation Commission was at FCJK on April 12. The deadline of half a year, from the submission of FCJK's request for re-accreditation, expires on April 26, by that date at the latest a decision on re-accreditation must be made - she said, answering the question of MP Vuković Kuč.
After they received a complaint about, as the minister pointed out, the illegal and illegal activity of Danilović, they initiated an inspection.
The procedure is ongoing, the public will be informed about the outcome very soon - said Jakšić Stojanović.
We remind you that the Administrative Inspection and Commission of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) is checking the work of the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education after they received certain objections to the work of the Agency, and that "the criteria related to the selection of directors have been changed by law and regulations ". The minister previously said that a better solution would be for a person from the higher education system to head the Agency.
Pobjeda previously wrote about Danilović's magical election to the position of director of AKOKVO without meeting the legal requirements, and at the suggestion of former minister Vesna Bratić, three illegal v. d. mandate, and the adoption of the Rulebook on the procedure for the reaccreditation of higher education institutions - a system act, beyond the standards, naming it with the intention of wrong - internal, as well as failing to fulfill the task defined in Article 13a of the Law on Higher Education.
What marked Danilović's "work" at the head of AKOKVO, apart from the fact that he did not meet the requirements for this position because, among other things, he did not pass the professional exam, neither then nor now, are his continuous threats to the Faculty of Montenegrin Language and Literature that date back to before his holding the position of director of AKOKVO - since 2011.
Last year it was in the status of v. d. the director indirectly threatened that the expert committee that will decide on the reaccreditation of FCJK "will not be from the Novi Pazar institution", and before that "FCJK should not have been reaccredited".
Verdicts due to dismissal of Vesna Bratić have cost 103,000 euros so far, 97 proceedings are still ongoing
DPS MP Abaz Dizdarević asked Jakšić-Stojanović how many judgments there were in which the ministry lost the case due to illegal dismissals of directors during the mandate of former minister Vesna Bratić, and how much those judgments cost the citizens.
It is precisely for this reason that the protector of property and legal relations sued Bratić - he reminded.
The minister mentioned that so far 40 former directors have initiated disputes and that 130 of them have been settled.
130 judgments were passed, annulling the rulings of the MPNKS as illegal. In those proceedings, the ministry is obliged to pay the plaintiffs the amount of 102,924 euros. After the verdicts became final, 97 of them initiated procedures for compensation of damages against the ministry and those procedures are ongoing - announced Jakšić Stojanović.
