Former high-ranking police official Zoran Lazović and former chief special prosecutor Milivoje Katnić were brought before the judge for investigation.
They should be heard by the investigative judge Goran Šćepanović, who will decide on the SDT's request that they be detained for up to 30 days.
Katnić and Lazović were arrested yesterday morning by order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office on suspicion of abusing their position in the "Belivuk case" when lifting the ban on entering Montenegro for the then head of a criminal organization from Belgrade, Veljko Belivuk, and his companion Marko Miljković.
After an extensive search operation and all-day detention, as well as giving a statement in the Special Police Department, they were detained for up to 72 hours.
