The Secretary General of the Democratic Party of the Socialist (DPS) Aleksandar Bogdanović, in the occasion of the situation in RTCG, was not only illegal to the elected Director General Boris Raonić, but also on those who chose him.
Podgorica Senior Court confirmed the judgment of the Basic Court according to which Boris Raonić was illegally elected to the CEO of RTCG.
Bogdanovic said that on the occasion that the road to full lawlessness and humiliation of the state if today it is deaf on the clear instructions of court institutions.
In that case, I expect an urgent reaction to the competent judicial institutions. Because, too long already lasts a violation of the law by the management of the public service, and today it could be attended by the peak - said Bogdanović on Twitter.
