Mašković: The drop in support for NATO is the result of the work of the parliamentary majority led by Mandić

AUTHOR: M.J.
Official of the Social Democrats of Montenegro (SD) Miloš Mašković said in the program Pressing on Gradska TV that it is not surprising that the trust of the citizens of Montenegro in the NATO alliance fell by 12 percent compared to the same period last year.
These data are not surprising when we take into account that, among others, pro-Russian parties, primarily the Democratic Front, are in power, and with their retrograde policies, they have influenced trust in the NATO alliance to decline - said Mašković.
He emphasized the importance of Montenegro's membership in the NATO alliance, saying that membership, in addition to security issues, also deals with the economic aspect, which has a positive impact on the Montenegrin economy.
On the other hand, we have the Europe Now Movement, which represents a vivid example of political spineless people who tacitly support such a policy of the DF in order to stay in power - Mašković added.
According to him, a significant number of citizens who are opposed to membership in NATO is testimony to the fact that the parliamentary majority is actually led by the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić, who these days, Mašković adds, announcing talks to resolve the political crisis within the parliamentary majority, actually only formally - he showed the citizens that he is the one who manages all processes.
