"Marović has arrived in Montenegro, I am sure that she is not a threat to Serbia"

The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, announced that he was surprised that the former Minister of European Integration, Jovana Marović, was banned from entering Serbia, especially considering her many years of involvement in the civil sector both in Montenegro and in the region. He is sure, he added, that Marović is not a threat to the security of Serbia.
Milatović announced on Twitter that the former minister had arrived in Montenegro and was feeling well.
"Banning entry due to different political opinions is a practice that we must leave behind if we want to build good neighborly relations. The region, in the context of the EU's future, should strive for open borders for citizens, even when they are critical of the authorities and policies," said the president of the country.
Jovani Marović is not allowed to enter Serbia today.
"I was refused entry to Serbia due to the 'protection of the security of the Republic of Serbia and its citizens'. Thank you to Aleksandar Vučić for making a heroine out of me," she wrote on Twitter.
