MFA: There are no dead or injured Montenegrin citizens in Israel, 37 of them want to go home

There are no Montenegrin citizens among the dead and injured in Israel, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MVP) announced.

As they said, until this morning 50 of our citizens contacted us, of which 37, for now, expressed their desire to return to Montenegro.

"The crisis team of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs monitors the situation and is in constant communication with the Consulate in Tel Aviv headed by Honorary Consul Nimrod Rinota and the Embassy of Serbia in Israel, in accordance with the bilateral agreement on mutual representation and the provision of consular protection and services in third countries," the statement said.

The MFA pointed out that in order to successfully evacuate Montenegrin citizens in the conditions of compromised security in Israel, it is important to provide them with precise personal data and their whereabouts as soon as possible.

They can do this through the following contacts:

MFA: arhiva.konzularno@mfa.gov.me +382 20 416 382,

Consulate in Tel Aviv headed by Honorary Consul + 972-9-8987781.
